I’m a kid and helped my mom who's not very fluent in English to speak to Netflix Customer Service to ask to cancel the subscription. He was actually pretty nice and patient as at first he couldn't find the Netflix account after we've told him the email address. He definitely wasn't Singaporean, I could tell from the accent. But was very clear and straightforward with what he was saying. An interesting experience for me HAHA :”)

It's not me (it was a stranger) but for short, let's just say that : I (for short) called a customer service and we got transfered and transfered, then hold, and I got so pissed, when the next person asked me to repeat the information, I yelled : "HEH, YOU GUYS TRANSFERED ME LIKE FIFTY TIMES ALREADY! JUST TELL ME IF YOU CAN DO THIS NOW! IF YOU CAN'T, DON'T WASTE MY TIME AND ENERGY TO REPEAT. CAN OR NO?!" "Yes, I can. Now, can you please give me the information of..." "ASK THE ONE WHO TRANSFERED ME LAH. DO YOUR JOB!" "Okay, okay. Please hold on." "Don't you dare put me on hold." "Okay."

Another one happened to my mom. She was helping her ill friend to take care of her insurance claim and my mom was promised to be called in 2 hours for an update of an information. She didn't get any so she called the company. At first, they said some reasons and excuses but then she got hold and blablabla. The customer service that promised to call her again in 45 minutes to give an update went home (another customer service told my mom when my mom called again). Her name was Amelia, if not mistaken. Then my mom talked to a guy named Bayu who gave excuses to not give her an update and such and even left my mom on hold for like 30 minutes. IDK but before Amelia and betweem Amelia and Bayu, she has been calling too for a long time. She called again and started yelling at whoever was covering for Bayu and she yelled at her to drag Bayu to the phone and proceeded to yell her requests, now demands and anger, at him. I told my mom to just record it and file a complain or publish it to the newspaper but she said no need. Long story short, she finished on midnight. She started at like 3 or 4 PM and IDK if she got the hospital lists that accepted her friend's insurance or not. One of her most iconic line was : "HE YOU KNOW IF MY FRIEND IS ABOUT TO DIE, SHE'D BE DEAD BY NOW BECAUSE OF YOUR COMPANY, YOU KNOW. THEN I'M GONNA DRAG YOU TO THE COURT AND PUBLISH IT TO THE PRESS. YOU WANT THAT??? EVEN MY CHILD HAS BEEN TELLING ME TO DO THAT. YOU WANT THAT???" When she yelled that out, I was like : "Mom, I'm here if you want me to yell at them too. Do you want me to write a letter of complain now? Or start writing the story for the newspaper?" It was truly satisfying to hear her yell at them after like 5 hours of trying to be patient. FYI she first called at 9 or 10 AM. It was like a... Not an insurance company but like they take care of the hospitals that accept the insurance and claims.
