I think this might be the best board game tutorial I’ve seen.

Super easy and quick lesson. It has done wonders for my Discord. Now we all know how to play when we sit down and don't have to spend time teaching!

Are there rules governing where you place a tile? For instance does it always have to border along a tile you are currently on? Or can you just keep putting tiles where your opponents are?

You must always play a tile that extends the path in front of your own pawn.

hi.....question........Once you have positioned your pheonix on the edge of the tile you have placed on the board on completion of your turn, under any circumstance can you be forced to travel backwards across that actual tile? and if so under what

Hi Emil! You'll never travel backwards in the game. Happy flying!

Today, I managed to make an infinite loop.

If you follow the path correctly, there’s actually no way to get into an endless loop in Tsuro. The reason for this is that you should always be able to trace your route back to your starting space. When people get into infinite loops, it’s because somewhere along the way, they accidentally jumped to the wrong path when they placed a new tile.

@@ChrisLeder yeah, I realised that after watching a couple videos on the game and googling it XD

Is it possible to use the versión Phoenix rising to play with this rules?
@HawgTide2 жыл бұрын
It is, but very difficult to sort the correct tiles and you don't have the starting positions marked out on the board. It's really makes more sense to play each game with the intended pieces... it's just simpler.
