One of my favorite things about ASMR is roleplay. I enjoy watching creators flex their acting muscles to step into professions or identities other than their own, often with the caveat that they are more for the purposes of relaxation than rigorous accuracy. With that said, I ABSOLUTELY love when creators apply their GENUINE knowledge and expertise to a video, such as Calliope's knowledge of anatomy, skeletal and muscular structure, and massage modalities. The soothing, yet information-dense narration puts me in mind of being treated by a knowledgeable professional who explains the process every step of the way for added comfort. In short, I could listen to Calliope talk about her favorite bones for hours. Also, silly little asides like "our metric friends" and the little conspicuous wink at the mention of 69 bring a warm sense of humor. Astoundingly wonderful work as always, Calliope...thank you for everything you do! I hope that you too have a whale of a day! 🖤🖤🖤

I had a company put my audios up there for me, the contract ended and I keep trying to figure out how to do it myself but all the tutorials for polishing audio are for previous versions of Audacity and the tools they use no longer exist. I don't have anyone to ask so I have legitimately no idea how to do it, so for now, there won't be any more audios on Spotify & the like :(

Is that buzzing noise in most of your recent videos intentional? Sound like someone unplugged a guitar a plays around with the plug. Makes those videos unenjoyable as it is rather annoying.. before it started to appear a few months back I found your videos really relaxing

I don't hear it. I pick up on frequencies like that normally. But I have a hard time believing it's your headphones because you'd hear it in other channels videos. So I am not sure why I don't hear it and you do.

I'm assuming you've already checked this, but make sure your "stable volume" option in the video settings is off! Sometimes it can switch back on for whatever reason, I've had it happen just the once. If it is on, that would be why, it makes ASMR sound awful by messing with the sound levels and pulling background noise way up. If it isn't, I'm not sure what to tell you-I do have some old shop lights the landlord put up where I film and I've unplugged all except the very back ones so I can see, but I'm not allowed to touch them otherwise. I do run both noise reduction and a high pass filter to pull it out, but I have rather poor hearing so I'm not sure how much it takes out. I don't want it to bother you, so if the stable volume option doesn't work, I would recommend not watching my videos anymore. Thank you for watching the older ones and glad you enioyed those :)
