No it wouldn't. Freiza didn't suffer physically at all and he trained in his mind for months. The chapter already stated that the magic that keeps Vegeto imprisoned also keeps him alive, unable to die and he has no need to eat or rest.

In Akiras eyes its because Gogeta sells more and to some people looks cooler. Also (goku is main character).Vegito is too OP and was only ever used shortly in the buu saga. Akira doesn't like Vegito nearly as much as Gogeta. Hence DBS broly movie. Which is a true shame

That would be rough for Toppo. Facing against a SSBE Vegeta (admittedly a suicide-level attack) and losing in the TOP. Toppo would be stronger now but we’ve just paired him up with an MUI Goku who was leagues above him and an Ultra Ego Vegeta (equivalent to, if not stronger than Toppo’s hakaishin form) FUSED into Ultra Vegito. Toppo, even as a G.O.D would be used to mop the floor if Ultra Vegito fought him.

Although it is very specific, I wonder how Ultra Vegito will fight someone like Helles or Zeno's guards (because come on, Vegito needs to return the favor with that gut punch he got from the guard). The guards need to feel the same fear the gods will soon feel. Helles is probably the most kind hearted of the gods, but in this case, Vegito should show no mercy after they destroyed everything. Vegito should gut punch all of them so that they can feel a taste of what is to come by being short of breath before the ultimate reckoning (plus the gut punch is iconic against characters like Frieza and Cell for the nostalgic feel and the gods, like Frieza and Cell are asking for it). If it is going to go down with all the gods, angels, the grand Priest, the guards, and Zeno himself, we might as well fit in every fighting move cliche the series had to offer. (Sorry, but no one gut punches our boy Vegito and gets away with it. It is only fair that Vegito returns to sender against them all).

I'd wadger its that KI is partly spirit based but can effect the physical body as well. Externaly their Ki is supressed and body is withering but internaly their fighting is building their KI potiential higher and higher. Once freed of the supression and enraged enough to flare their KI their mussels rebuild themselves off the KI alone.
