Bro, RTX 4090 has 24 GB VRAM whilst 5070 has only 12 GB (I guess). So, as a Graphics designer and a 3d artist, VRAM matters more while baking simulations and holding a heavy 3d file while rendering. But definitely for Gamers, it is a feast. They need only that 12 GB and it is more than enough. But, for graphic designers and 3d artist, it is not that we can jump from 4090 to 5070; because of the VRAM shortage. But NVIDIA now enhanced AI for raytracing. It is not because NVIDIA has brought something new in hardware but they enhanced the software processing. For example if in a scene, if the frame has 3 million pixels, NVIDIA hardware will only compute a very less amount of pixels ( say 50000 pixels) by hardware and the rest is created by AI by analysing the scene using their Neural-AI. That is why they are able to curb the prices of 5070 to $549 which will give a 4090 like power consumption (and it is revolutionary) and price except for the VRAM and like I said before, for gamers, it is a feast.🔥

@@RKV_2005 not quite, 12gb of vram is just not enough for a gpu that's gonna cost 60k, sure if you wanna play game that released 5 years ago yes 12gb will be enough but with ray tracing and frame generation which are vram hogs it's the opposite. The 5070 is advertised as a RT card which should be very close to a 3090 in raw performance without the AI acceleration but in 2025 even 1080p max setting will fill over 12gb for all the new titles. I don't think it's logical to spend 60k to play on 1080p and forget about even using dlss at that resolution as it's gonna be a blurry mess. It's criminal to spend that much and not get min 16gb in a mid tier gpu.

5070=4090 is just marketing BS. 5070 can't match 4090 for sure when considering it has only 192 bit bus. The are achieving that FPS match with DLSS4, especially with mult generation which could potentially impact the frame latency. Need to see the actual reviews to see their claims in real life.

Since fluid motion and super resolution are software based, they are nowhere near as good as the hardware based dlss and FG. And amd can't handle ray tracing like nvidia does. If u r going for simple gaming experience, amd cards are the best option. But if wanna game with all of it's glory on the screen, rtx cards r the best choice. It's worth spending those extra bucks.
