Callout: 29th Oct 2016. Air Ambulance evac

Second callout of the day to assist the Devon Air Ambulance with a patient evacuation.
A young lady had slipped on a track behind Honeybag Tor and broken her ankle. Due to the location of the incident, we were deployed to assist the crew with the casualty evacuation.
Using the pickup truck of a local farmer, the lady was transported to the ambulance and taken for further care at Derriford Hospital. We wish her a speedy recovery.
