Really cool to being in an expert to expand on something that is almost expected when playing team based games. There is always the sense of being judged when playing anonymous teammates.

very sneaky starting out light hearted and silly then switching to a wonderfully honest and earnest talk about communication in a pretty toxic environment. vids like this give me a lot of hope for the up-and-coming generation of kiddos looking for resources on how to improve not just at a game but as people

Clearly a lot of effort was put into this and it turned into an absolutely fantastic video. Communication is an interesting subject in gaming and I love how you approached it not only by explaining what it is and how to do it, but by touching on performance anxiety and toxicity. Not a lot of creators would broach that subject so kudos. I was thinking about making a video on this subject but you’ve got it covered 100%. I couldn’t have made a better video on it if I tried. Happy birthday btw 🎉

I received a quick session with an esports coach about something very similar, and all of the advice given in this video are almost 1:1 with what I was told, and that advice has helped me for years. The explanations & skits in this video are amazing and help to illustrate how much simple communication can give you, and how hard it can be. Amazing video

Being a top 100 pc vantage i realize... i drifted towards her because shes so comm friendly. Allowing you to call shield color, how many on a team, tagging enemies with the sniper to allow your team to see locations of enemies! Great vid moore! Nice clips of yourself on apex youve definitely improved!

Best way to make better comms? Be nice. That’s all. Say something like “good shit boys” after you win a team fight and hype your teammates up after they get a kill or something. It’s amazing what that’ll do for your teammates’ confidence in you. Some people are just straight up assholes though, so make sure you aren’t a pushover

I was actually very surprised by the depth of this video. Did not expect anything to do with covering the psychological stress of communication and the fear of failure. Well done!

Loved the video man! Especially the whole therapy bit, creative way of explaining things Also, I'm glad you touched on the performance anxiety, I actually feel that there are moments where don't comm or mess up my comms due to stress or fear of being ridiculed After watching this vid I am going to try and comm more and take the leadership role no matter what could happen, and I'm ngl, when you igl and win, its a good feeling.

I've solo queued to Diamond+ every season in Apex. Oftentimes, even with good communication your teammates will ignore you. I think a lot of people (including myself) get into this trap of "I called it out where were you?" without considering their teammate's position or status. So a big learning curve with communication is not only what you are saying, but how effectively it's actually getting through

Gaming's hardest skill is getting older, losing the reaction time because of age and having any of that passion left in you... This is the hardest thing. I promise.

I know you’re trying to be more personal and fun with the skits at the beginning. But a no nonsense Apex video essay is more or less the reason we enjoy this channel. I don’t want to skip around the video looking for the actual analysis. Maybe that’s just me Regardless, keep the content coming your analysis is top tier 🔥

Loved the video, is a practical (what you should actually say in game) video in the works?
@berkeokur999 ай бұрын
I think one of the main reasons people don’t communicate is because they’re not confident in their english as that is the main language used in online games. Not speaking perfect english shouldn’t let anyone from communicating because sometimes even one comment can decide if you survive a fight or die as a team.
