While I can see where you are coming from there is no evidence of this being the main focus of her argument, her main argument was someone stole her phone and she singled out the only black person in the room while this doesn't mean it was racially motivated (but I suspect it was) she singled out the minor and when his father defended him and told her to leave them alone she proceeded to assault the minor as she was convinced he stole her phone. I personally don't think her reaction was about the color of the boy's skin, i.e. racism. I saw an immature girl (whether or not she's chronologically above or below 18 years of age) who saw a boy with an iPhone (she probably feels her whole existence is concentrated inside and dependent upon that electronic toy) and realized she couldn't find her own. She panicked and simply lost it, irrationally convincing herself it had to be her phone. I once had a similar experience on a public bus when my own panic convinced me the homeless old white guy had stolen my wallet after it allegedly slipped out of my back pocket (I was wrong). She essentially accosted a minor so that's inexcusable. However, if I were the father, I'd have opened the phone to prove my son's ownership to end the situation right then.
