+StorrorBlog hey guys, weird question, but since you guys train on rails a lot have any of you fallen right on the gooch area? Damaged urethra... Sitting with a catheter in right now ;( I cannot afford to have a reinjury (this is the second tear). Do you guys have any bailing techniques for a foot slip when moving along the rail? Callum?

Weightlifting with your perinea. Seriously, my brother did the same thing one year ago, he peed blood for one day after that. Once I almost did it too, while I was walking on a rail, but I was fast enough to catch the rail and stop the fall. I recommend you to train to this bail : Stand on a rail (or stay in a squat position, easier and safer), let yourself fall and use your hands to stop the drop. You can find a rail that's low enough so it doesn't touch your gooch when you're standing on the floor, so there's no risk :) I'm sorry for my bad english, I'm french ^^
