@@davebarclay4429 thank you, I was wondering who the composer is.
Thank you for this great organ music and the beautiful pictures. Exactly one week ago today my friend Rolf (70) passed away. 😢 I am very sad because he was such a nice friend. He could no longer cope with the challenges of this time. Unfortunately, I did not notice how it was for him. The good Lord blessed him. Love to all who read this comment. Hans-Joachim

I am sure you were to him and are a good man. Reassure yourself, it was not your fault. Forgive yourself. God will give you calm. You are thinkling of him and I am certain, you were a good person to him. You have written your thoughts here and they speak volumes in a positive way.. John (Australia)

@Hans-Joachim Let your sadness and loss be expressed,I have been listening to a great deal of Near Death Experiences of late. A high probability I'll be reckoning Rolf's just gonna run up to meet his good friend ,open his arms to wrap around you, say thank you for much friendship, when you eventually catch up with him. He be so looking forward to this moment that you be sharing time together again. The Lord bless you too.

I am 19 and I don’t strictly believe in god but I go to churches to find peace and myself there and to listen to music and to speeches I don’t really understand because I don’t speak the language of the country I moved to very well. Unfortunately I don’t have the opportunity to do so today and this playlist is calming me down and comforting me a lot. As if the composers are speaking with me in a fatherly way through their pieces. Thank you.

Agreed, I can't believe that a ghost in the sky is in charge, but organs and organ music (built, composed for and played by humans) can speak of the infinite better than many musical instruments.

The mark of a musician who truly understands the soul of the organ is one who understands how to work with the resonance of his space... too many organists continue to play at a rhythm without respect for the resonance of a room. The following echo and silence are part of the performance as a brilliant fanfare. Without silence, the fanfare just becomes noise ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
@kentallyn288010 ай бұрын
I studied with Clarence Mader in the US, and Peter Hurford UK. Both were advocates of identifying "the room" as a stop which is used in every piece played.

What the casual doesn't know is that a lot of music was composed for the church, if you will. Going back to Romantic, Classical, Baroque, even all the way back to Renaissance and Medieval times, composers worked for three entities: the king and his court, churches, and schools. And since many churches served the king, those two are more often than not combined. Oh, one thing more, most of what is considered Classical music, or orchestrated music, was composed for the wealthy, so all you plebians can now enjoy some great court music on this most egalitarian of websites. Enjoy.

Jesus died on The Cross for our sins Romans 6:23 For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord. Example of sin for even I sin, lying, steeling, doing evil. If we all Jesus to forgive us and to come into your heart, He will forgive you and you will receive His Holy Spirit and you will receive peace and joy in your soul and He will fill that your life like you never had before and He will cast your sins as far as the East to the west. Love you on Christ. He loves you and want to be your friend for life

Very good relaxing music on the whole, except for 1 piece 3/4 of the way through with very high organ notes, which really stirs you up so you have to fast forward to calm down. Very good except for that. Well done.

There are no gods. All blessings come from the spirits. Listen to your spirit friends they don't want you money. I separated the church from the instruments very young age. The association can confuse a lot of people. The most unfortunate part of the instruments. They have been around for thousands of years for public enjoyment. But you know religious cults and politics don't respect the followers.
