If there’s any scenes from the books that I and most fans wants to be adapted to screen is the Chameleon Carnotaurus camouflage night scene from The Lost World Jurassic Park. It’s looooooong overdue.

Meanwhile, Mattel has announced the Troodon as the next Hammond Collection figure, which reignites a lot of interest in possibly seeing this creepy a.f. dinosaur return in Chaos Theory S3. Which I found out it was cut out of Chaos Theory S2, but man it would be great to see it revived for S3 as BioSyn’s deadliest nightmare unleashed. Plus a character getting poisoned by its venom and the team desperately trying to get an antidote could bring us some well written drama.

2:43 it would destroy the entire franchise because Jurassic Park was special. It had a logical explanation for bringing the dinosaurs back and the whole hollow earth thing is just not creative at all at this point and introducing that in this franchise would make this franchise generic.

The Lost World is a story of missed opportunities. A few changes and a shred of bravery from Spielberg, and the film could have been a brilliantly dark commentary on environmentalism and nature. As it currently stands TLW is a rather aimless, but gorgeous film. Still leagues better than the turd trilogy.
