Welcome, my friend! I'm placing a breathwork meditation in your hands, to gently guide you into a serene state of calm, focus, and clarity. There are no words in this recording, only soothing music and sound of breath guiding you on this journey.
Simply lie down, settle in, and follow the sound of breath:
Inhale deeply with a full breath, divided into two parts (belly & chest)
Exhale fully (letting go)
The breathwork consists of 3 series, each ending with a gentle hold after breathing out, then breathe in and hold again.
Allow the soft bell and calming music to map your journey. If your mind wanders, don't worry! Just experiment, be present with your breath, and remember that the journey is perfect as it is.
You may feel a pleasant tingling sensation in your body after the exercise - this is completely normal, so just enjoy it!
