Nice little session marra..bet the porpoise are battering dab because of the clear water..fished there about a month ago and it was dogfish city..managed a few dabs, whiting,Pollock,hound and a strap.. first time I've fished the place in ten years.. there was a few gurnard about but I didn't get one..subscribed..Lincoln 👍

On that exact pier, I moved up to someone's spot when they packed up, I picked up all their rubbish when they left and they had the audacity to ask if they left some leads. He certainly did but i said they were my payment for cleaning up after the scruffy ****. In general I'd say it's 50/50 on what age range leaves the rubbish, but the youngens learn from somewhere...

Do you ever keep whiting as bait? I only started sea fishing this year, been a stillwater angler until now. Do the whiting take lures do you know? I know cod an bass will this time of year.

I dont keep them to freeze them ill keep them sometimes if im fishing the piers so i can put them back out as fresh bait . But they do taste really good but just lots of bones
