I usually use the sounds of being on a train on mysleep app to help me get to sleep, as my mind likes to keep chattering away, but nights when even that isnt working I use this story. Everytime Stephen says "those deep lines in your furrowed brow slowly unfurl as you gently begin to relax..." I actually do, and it's magical. Thank you Stephen!

I have listened to this story every night for around 3 weeks and I have no idea what its even about. So it obviously does the job.

I’ve been listening to Stephen Frys 60 hour narration of the Sherlock Holmes collection for some many weeks now, so all I can image is Dr. Watson reading this story
