I heard some thunder and the rain when it got louder. It had a great background sound which felt calming. We have opposite weather right now. Jazzy is in the room soaking up the sun. Thank you for this, so beautiful and nourishing to look at and you are so beautiful, a treasure sent from heaven. It’s great to have an opportunity to tune in today to stillness and calm since yesterday things went different, whereas I had been wanting to tune in to the solstice energy. Great practice to stay calm in an adrenaline type situation which yesterday turned out to be with a fire in a neighbors house very close to my daughter with a baby, so we had to act. I didn’t totally succeed in staying calm, but that is very understandable. All is well but today is a getting by day so this is perfect, very comforting, thank you 🙏 , much love light and blessings 💗🌿

oh, have a learning theory with many applications. Not sure how to say it so briefly and still open the window enough where everyone can use it. I hope you can extrapolate the applications. In regard to calm in the storm: Theory-I redefined our average stress as maintained layers of conscious mental work/conflicts and *many more layers of subconscious mental work/conflicts: past, present, future-experiences, fears, anxieties, needs, etc. See upright rectangle showing full mental energy. Then draw in lines to show cons. & subcons. layers. the space left shows leftover mental energy for new mental work. I fee is intensified by improper pace usually the result of higher layers feeding in. I feel ingrained coping emotions: force, power, anger, fear, etc. also intensify. I hope we can use the wonderful atmosphere you guys present and also perhaps? see how we can all slowly understand, resolve, tweak/change weights values (according our choosing) to begin more permanently removing (as we choose) more wasteful weights/values to slowly more permanently lower our layers to approximate the stability of more secure environments. I hope can be seen * understanding how combined conscious & subconscious layers show just how our individual environments greatly affect thinking, learning, motivation (mental reward received for mental work expended, and worse if those layers remain high. I hope to use this to free us all from the current "false belief of fixed abilities". I hope this will remove a terrible needless weight from all persons.
