Calm your mind with this easy flow painting

I love using art to calm my mind and quiet the thoughts in my head.
This artwork is so easy to do, and there is no way to get it wrong. All you'll need for this artwork is some paper (I'm using watercolour paper) a pencil, some watecolour paints and a brush. Don't overthink it, just flow with your brush and see what happens!
