Due to covid, i couldn't go to my favorite reflexology place. So, in desperate attempt i was searching on how to give myself a nice relaxing reflexology massage. So glad i found this video, i'm so unbelievable relaxed right now. At times i became too relaxed that my left hand couldn't properly massage my right hand, hahaha. Thank you!

Thank you for this, I'm really missing my regular reflexology sessions that I'v had for the past 2 years and this has helped me. I'm currently going through preimenopausal and would really appreciate a video to help me. I find that reflexology regulates my periods and helps with the anxiety and paranoia. I've subscribed to your channel and will keep a look out for a video. Thank you again, stay safe everyone x
