Heh I have to wake up for school in 4 hours and I'm hella stress and that's what's making me not sleep. Also my knee is I a lot of pain my falling while I was skating I'm also hungry. I had my first cry-out today. Spent my morning full with depression, was in need of people that could listen to me. But everyone ignored me, felt like a ghost. Then I went to a Yoga lesson during the evening and was failing, not getting any strength to hold myself up, too many things just holding it. Decided to leave, and when I was by the door reaching out hoping for rain. The yoga instructor reached out to me saying “everything will be ok”. As I went out it started to rain and thunder. My tears was the rain and my scream was the thunder. I let it all out into the sky. Now I’m here just like many others like myself, writing and reading through the comments hoping for someone to listen to my rain and thunder. Sharing my life with a KZbin video.

I played this song with my 7 year old son in bed every night while we slept together I was also pregnant and played it against my belly so my baby could hear it. Now I am laying beside my 8 year old son on one side & my 15 month old now he's born still listening to this same song every night, we love it. When I was a child, whenever it rained my mum would wake my brother, sister and me up (my dad worked night),turn off all the lights and turn the sofa to face the windows. We would all sit there with hot chocolate and listen to the storm while waiting to see the lightning, we lived on a hill and could see for miles. We all grew up to absolutely love thunderstorms and do similar things with our children. I found out recently that my mum hated them and was terrified but by waking us up and pretending she loved them she found she could cope.

I work with people with different sorts of dementia. The reason I comment is to thank you for uploading this. Currently I take care of a man with bad Alzheimer's, who suffers from deep anxiety and depression. He gets very worried easily and tonight. I put him to bed as usual. Usually he gets up as soon as I leave his bedside, but this evening I started this track and sat down on a chair next to his bed. It took him about 2 minutes to fall asleep, and right now he's in really deep sleep and I'm sat here listening to this beautiful music and the man's deep, relaxing breathing. I thank you for this moment.
