Love love love this video. I work in an addictions treatment facility in New Jersey and facilitate a meditation group. I played this video for them and they loved it. KZbin allows the playback speed to be slowed. Your instructions are wonderfully calming when played at .75. I guess I mean, more wonderfully calming. They are making a difference for me, thank you.

Your voice is so so calming Not to mention the rain effects I am in my early 60's Unfortunately my mind races I never feel calm Ive tried meditation for many years Until just recently Ive come across your ones. Dear Caroline, I discovered your videos and they have been my blessing, I thank you deeply for this. I just have a question. The other night I had a pretty severe nightmare which I have not had in a long time, is there something to help relax and get back to sleep and reducing anxiety because of it?? I was surrounded by my dogs but felt such unease so was wondering if it was spititual or tying to heal past pain but I felt really uneased but the dogs warned me of nothing immediate danger. So is there one of your guidance that I can refer to to relax again?? ❤ much love

Lovely videos. Just wish they would just stop at the end, instead of going on to a loud video on another channel. Is there any way to do that?

Yes, absolutely. None of the videos on the channel have ads at the end and you can adjust settings so that nothing plays after. Make sure autoplay is set to ‘off’. If you’re watching a video from a playlist click ‘share’, paste the link in your browser and watch from that link. Unfortunately playlists on KZbin override your autoplay settings and automatically play the next video in a playlist, but by clicking ‘share’ and watching from that link…the video plays separately from any playlist… and as long as autoplay is switched off the end of your meditation will be ad free and it will just stop playing and leave you to sleep in peace :)
