You can be happy anywhere you are, you don't need anyone's approval, you are enough, you are strong, other people can be part of your journey, but they can't and never will be destination. Never put your happiness in another person's hands, it doesn't work like that, it's more like a state of mind, but you get to make it, not anyone but you. You can be happy in a small cottage, you can be happy in a big city, as long as you are a friend to yourself. You're loved and worthy, don't allow others to make you believe otherwise. Strength in numbers everybody!! We got this! Stay centered and balanced and try to drink more water! (I just drink hot tea and water myself).✌🙏💪💤💯%. Everything is in a state of fluctuation and major shifts as well on all levels. Try forming a relationship with your body were you can understand what it needs and is telling you to do even(guided meditation sleep music is a good start for this powerful practice for example).✌

I just listen this and OMG.. i started think about the empty of the life, how sometimes existence can be so cruel and unfair.
