When you start a new toon, at lv 5 return at start and take the warp, take the mish "delivery ...." to the guy inside, and then when you will leave Arete go to ICC daily hub and talk with Ralph to deliver the package, you will win an ICC commendations and a pt to delete the Cooldwon on regular dailies. If you want with this, you can buy the item for 1 pt that allow you to not be attack in subway by mobs. And ofc it will give you an entire level.

I've never had the presence of mind to get this right and I think you mentioned this before...if you grab the arbiters missions - incl.the do three dailies one.. before doing anything else in ICC then the stolen handbag and deliver the box might count as two of those three dailies. Might be wrong. Wonder if the mail / ncu counts as another one?

what the best weapon type for a froob doctor? shotguns are a viable way?

Could you give any insight to a new player - froob - that doesn't have a high level alt or anything to fund the leveling process?

Basically loot and sell everything, check values for all items roll mission drop only nanos and items to sell; it really boils down to game knowledge and using it to build up. And always try to be friendly and polite, noone wants to help an a$$hole ;)

Credits might be inflated to hell and back, but goods/services never lose value. Rolling specific items/nanos people need (ask around or ask your org if you have one) can earn you tens of millions for less than half an hour of work, for example.
