Clearly she has a solid profile and will have no problem getting into the school of her choice. I don't really understand the logic for these 2+2 admissions though. In my opinion candidates should have a minimum of three years work experience before the program starts and interview after two solid years of work experience under their belt. I couldn't help laughing when she said the most unexpected thing at CalTech was that it's also a party school or also when she compared the housing system to Hogwarts....perhaps I am too old to be considering an MBA!

An MBA class should be diverse! Age and otherwise. No point in going to do an MBA within your own echo chamber.

@@randomguy4116 Agreed that the classes should be diverse! If they are deferring for two years anyways, I just think the interviews would be better after some meaningful work experience.
