Anna , i am having Diesel Automatic i got 16 to 18 in highways , kia is better choice in this segment. There is no lack while shifting the gears , throttle response is fabulous and love to drive love at first sight for me , i driven arround 485 kms at single stech before I bought my car, this is my first longest automotic car journey for me totally value for the money.

Just for info, imt can never or ever replace a manual gearbox, a person who loves driving will always prefer manual, in case of imt it has an actuator to operate the clutch, it's the clutch control that will be missed in the imt, and of course imt will does have anti stall and creep function since it does not have a clutch, but any day for total control manual are always the best

Don iMT is great to drive especially in city B2B traffic just that it takes 2 days to get used to it, especially for new drivers. No clutch no tension. I own iMT only, car will not stop/off even if wrong gear engaged especially for new drivers. Also it has convenience of Clutchless but manual gear engaged for our satisfaction, sudden up shift of gear for overtaking also possible like manual. Sorry Don just my suggestion. Please try to give podcasts with any owner who have iMT so that you can share their experience with your subscribers. Thanks.

@@inpursuitofhappiness366 Bro I never faced any lag in iMT and anybody who drives this will accept. First I suggest anyone to understand how iMT works, it has automatic clutch based on sensors so no worries about clutch. PS: I own Seltos Diesel iMT.

Even I have driven IMT for a month..but I own a manual Venue 1.2 petrol. I never faced an difference. For me IMT was more comfortable. May be IMT with turbo have lag till 1500 RPM as the turbo will kick only after 1500 RPM. I recommend IMT strongly for effortless driving.

@@guhanbhai3698 Bro there is no official announcement from govt about Diesel ban and it’s possible as well for next 15 yrs atleast. So if your usage is more then definitely go for Diesel. Yes you can buy S-Cross it’s a good car in terms mileage and build quality. But check the kms driven are genuine and meter not modified/tuned manually.
