Psalm 49 was to the world in general. Psalm 50 is more to God's people. I like that Psalm 50 calls Heaven and earth called to witness which is like the opening of the Song of Moses from Duet 32 and echoed in the opening of Isaiah. . In Isiah the call of heaven and earth to judgement turns to a redemption song after Isaiah 40 with Sing oh heavens and sing oh mountains and hills for the Lord has redeemed Jacob. Here the redemption song will be David's plea for mercy in Psalm 51

Sir, yours excellent message, but whether the Law comes from the Zion or Sinai? I understand it is from Sinai, not from Zion. Zion is captured along with Jerusalem by King David. Zion (Jerusalem together) is important mainly for two things- The Holy Temple and Holy Ark of God, there. Therefore the remark about Zion in the verse 2 is to be seen as the judgement throne; because verses 1-6 tell about the imminent coming of God to judge the people. Kindly clarify , if I am wrong

Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born of water and of the Spirit, he cannot enter into the kingdom of God. New King James Version Jesus answered, "Most assuredly, I say to you, unless one is born of water and the Spirit, he cannot enter the kingdom of God Jesus banned oaths. Its a yes or a no.
