I am a rancher from Australia. I just want to say I do like your cattle, the heifers you are presently calving out are lovely quality and great temperment. We don't run Angus Breeders, principally Brahman and Droughtmasters owing to our climate. But I do appreciate quality cattle, no matter what breed. We do use Angus and Charolais Bulls as terminal sires. I've been watching your channel for a few years now. All the best with your calving from Down Under.

I think Cole was just messing with us , to see if we're paying attention, or just creating that temporary black space that Brian was talking about. Example 5 + 3 = 7! Even if it's two 12 volts in series for 24 volt system. It's still Black to black and red to red. I'm just wondering how long before he drills those gate hinges, and put a zerk in them, and squirts it full of liquid graphite "lubriplate"?

Cows are really like dogs in that regard... very curious and quite nosy too! I would definetly watch a dedicated calf cam. I watch Our Wyoming Life and they have 2 cameras set up. One is of their home pasture and the other is their goat pen. I log in often just to see what's happening... like weather events and current temps, and to see if I can catch a glimpse of chores being done on the farm. They also use pellets and it helps when they need to handle their beef cattle.

Anyone that thinks that they don't care about the cows and work with them just look what happened with that one having the baby. Try going up to a mother that has just had a baby and mess it and see what happens if the cow is not tamed down. You would be wrecked. Cole picks the baby up the mother follows into the barn and the mother is not stressed at all. Great job! Love seeing these cows living their best life.

What happens to the iodine is that it dries in the pump when not in use. So to avoid that when you get to the last job turn the bottle upside down so you pump the iodine out of the tube and the pump and then its ready for the next time you need it.

When you pour anything from a container like a bucket of oil, have the spout up instead of on the bottom. Life changing. No more glug glug glug. And I've got a ton of drill bits to send you. How do I get them to you? I've got a drawer full of them. The calves are all so precious. Heifer bulls? As a non farmer I never would've thought of that. But makes perfect sense. It's those details about farming that I am so interested to learn about. That's just a great idea. Like Shaq dating a small woman. 😳😂😂

Thanks for another great video at calf time. It was interesting and enjoyable for sure. Great timing on the calf being born. You sure have good cows that are excellent mothers. That was a really nice calf also. Wow. Your herd stock is excellent, tops!!!!! All of your good work with your herd pays off at calf time. Doing great on the calf’s. All look good and study. Interesting how all the cows gather around when a calf is born. You have some super mother’s. I hope your calf season continues with great success. Cole, the wire device is coming along just great. Coming together pretty good I think. Will sure be a time and labor saver. You have come up with some real ideas for your device. Looking good, Cole. Will be interesting to see the finished product. Good song of the day Brian. Has really good music with it. Good best to it. Thanks Brian. Like the way you immediately care for your calf’s. You folks are excellent herdsmen. My compliments to both of you. Pleasure to know you both and the family. All for now I guess. You all take care and be safe. Looking forward to the next video. Enjoying the calf season videos. Hey there Brian and Cole, I hope you're all well and good! It looks like the heifers have a 2/1 advantage over the bulls. Maybe the cows will change that when they start calving. Have you lost any other calves, besides the one on the earlier video? That old outdated milestone of oil change every 3000 miles is just for oil companies to sell more oil. Back in the 50s thru 70's that was probably true, but now even conventional oil is so much more advanced and high tech that you can go double that safely. And using pure synthetic is the grand slam. Just make sure the level is good and you can change it at will basically. I would change the filters 3 times before changing the oil on our trucks. Just add a quart to make up what was in the filters and you're golden

We get 50k miles sometines before changing. We run AMSOIL and we take a sample every 7500 Miles and send it to be evaluated. They tell us whether we are good for another 7500 Miles. They also do it by hours if you choose. Huge cost and time savings. Been running it 30 years in all our engjnes.
