Here in Belgium the insurance is a lot cheaper, but the value of a car is much higher. So different haha

How in the world has he been able to insure a 2.5L ST3 for only £2,250 a year when I'm 19, I have an FN2 Type R and my insurance a year is over 3k and if I even just try and add an exhaust onto the car, I get no quotes back from any insurance providers or I'll just get some stupidly high price ones like 9k a year. ???
