Patrick Williams - I truly truly hope nobody ever does or will. He is a musical genius, it comes from his soul not just the tips of his fingers. Nobody should touch him and try to steer him. He does the steering, he decides not some flaky producer who wants pop or to tone him down and refine him for the airwaves and thus ultimately destroying about him, what makes him so very raw and so very very special. This guy should be our national treasure. I would love to hear him playing live like that on the streets. Has anybody here ever seen him? Where does he go/set up?

If you watch the video of him just very plainly laying out his beliefs and who he is, I think it's very reasonable to assume he's never going to let that happen. It goes against everything he stands for, whether you like it all or not, no denying he's a musical beast, and hopefully will be producing content for years to come to enjoy! I wish him all the success he wants to have. He seems pretty damn sharp and unlikely to be exploited.
