1-750 gram milk ko boil kar le 2- dhud ko pharne ke liya 2 spoon vinegar or panner masala me pani mix kar warm milk me thoda thoda dale. 3- kapre se chan kar paneer nikal le 4- aachi tarah ise guth len 1 minute 5- 1/4 tea spoon powder and 1/ 2 spoon water 6- 1 table spoon corn floor or maida( bettr to add corn flour) 7- achi tarh mix kar chote chote ball bana lena 8- shape de (if want add food colour) 9- for chasni 2 cup chini (jitna milk utna suggar) 10- sugar ke half water lenge and boil them 11- boli on medium flame 1 cham cham Then sahi fula hai to sabhi dal kar 10 minute boil karen 12- ab bar bar chasni ko patla karne ke liye dhire dhire usme pani dalen And total 20 minutess me chamcham tayar😊 And last me taste ke liye 1spoon keora water dal den Iseke pani ko chan kar upar se coconut powder jarur dalen Coconut powder
