Milk Powder Sweets Recipe | मिल्क पाउडर की मिठाइयाँ

INGREDIENTS:
For Rasgulla:
Milk Full Fat (दूध) - 1 Litre
Vinegar (सिरका ) - 2 Tbsp
Water (पानी) - 7-8 Spoon
Semolina (सूजी) - 2 Tsp
Corn Flour (अरारोट) - 4 tsp
Baking Powder (बेकिंग पाउडर) - 4 Pinch
Baking Soda (बेकिंग सोडा) - 2 Pinch
Yellow Food Color (येलो फ़ूड कलर) - Some
For Sugar Syrup:
Sugar (चीनी) - 500 Gram
Water (पानी) - 250 ml
Water (पानी) - 250-300 ml
Kewra Essence (केवड़ा एसेंस) - 2-3 Drops
Desiccated Coconut(नारियल पाउडर) - ½ Bowl
RECIPE:
Take any type of Milk. Then put the Milk in it for boiling. When the milk starts boiling turn off the flame & stir it continuously. Then put the Vinegar & Water mixture in the boiled Milk gradually to curdle it. Then take a big bowl, place a strainer on it & keep a cotton cloth. Then put the curdled Milk (Chhena) in it & put some water on it then tie it tightly for some time. Take out the Chhena on a plate & mash it properly. Then put some Corn Flour, Fine Semolina & Baking Powder in it & mix them well for 2-3 mins. Then add some Yellow Food Colour, mix it & make some balls of it.
For Sugar Syrup, put some Water & Sugar in a pan & cook it well by covering it & when it starts boiling put the Chhena Balls (Rasgullas) in it then cover it and cook it for 20 mins. Then put them in ice-cold water for an hour. Cook the remaining Sugar Syrup to make it thick. Put some Rose Water & Kewara Essence in it. Then keep it for cooling down. Then put the Rasgullas in the Sugar Syrup for 1-2 hours. In this way, Super Spongy Yellow Rasgullas will get ready to Garnish with Rose Petals and Desiccated coconut.
