I really liked what you said about having more curiosity, I feel like I'm just barely learning to be more curious about things (at age 30), after growing up having been told not to question anything. It's a lovely feeling! I'm going to save those writing prompts for my birthday, that's when I like to reflect on the past year. Happy new year to you and everyone in this community!

Even though YT comments feel like talking into a void, this channel is not that. It's one that has been helpful in this hectic year of both achieving things, but also restructuring and returning to old things. Some good, some less than. But now at the end of the year while trying to adjust to a new medication that makes me feel strange it feels extra exhausting in addition to regular known exhausted feeling even though I am trying to do better in the long term. Life feels confusing sometimes and this is one of those times of feeling lost. Idk how not to feel a bit lost in the time of the darkest time of the year where it's hard to remember when I last saw sunshine (literally). trying to give myself grace but also feeling very lonely. Thank you for showing the sunny australia and your journey, it is very soothing.

I'm terrible at reading (hope to be better), but I've recommended a couple books you've mentioned to my dad (reads three books a week if he can) and he put them on his bookshelf (means he really likes the book). A book he recommended me I actually read over a couple of days and thought it was quite nice/cozy: Monsters: A Love Story by Liz Kay. A recommendation if you're up to it!
