I have a question, the most important skill in advanced english for me isn't about fancy wording? What is correct fancy word or fancy wording? Why?

They are both grammatically correct. It would depend on the context of what you're saying. In the sentence example you gave, you could have said either: a) for me it isn't about fancy words OR b) for me it isn't about fancy wording. However, if you refer to a specific work, then you would use a singular term. For example: In my opinion, using a fancy word like 'consternation' is not necessary to show that you have advanced English skills.
