No authentic Khmer food There is only food that imitates Thai food. If authentic Khmer food is forbidden to use Thai condiments Everything needs only Khmer seasoning to be authentic Khmer food.When Cambodians use Thai flavored fish sauce, sugar produced from Thailand, mountain shellfish sauce, Golden Mountain, soy sauce produced in Thailand, it will be Thai flavored, Thai food, not Khmer food. If you want to cook authentic Khmer food, it is forbidden to use any Thai seasonings. When cooking fresh food, you must show us which country the seasonings are from. Thai ones are forbidden to use.

Cambodia is part of Asia, so as Thailand, most countries in Asia share the same similarities in terms of religion, culture, food, etc… so of course you would find ingredients and food to be similar and alike, how can you say something that makes no sense, Thailand isn’t some lavish unique country like Dubai, it’s not that special for you to claim petty things like ingredients, but in saying that, I love Thailand
