Perfect Krill Phar-Ork Khmer Traditional Food | Ancestor Food For Next Generation

Looks amazing. The video didn't need paid and random comments. This is traditional Khmer food using a lacto-fermentation process for long-term storage. The Krill is lightly salted and cured for 2 days to inhibit the growth of non-beneficial bacteria. Then afterward, roasted rice powder containing naturally ocurring lactic acid is introduced, and sugar to give them fuel. It is a very simple dish, but the complexity in flavors develops after about a week in the right temperature and environment. I wish I could join your lunch on the grass with all the fresh vegetables to complement the dish.
