Cambois is a small village located in southeastern Northumberland, England. It is situated on the coast of the North Sea, near the mouth of the River Wansbeck. The village is known for its coal mining history and for its sandy beaches. Today, Cambois is a quiet residential area with a primary school, a community centre, a pub, and a shop. It is also popular with birdwatchers and anglers, due to its proximity to the local nature reserves and fishing spots. Cambois is well-connected by road and rail, with regular bus and train services to nearby towns and cities such as Newcastle-upon-Tyne.
