You missed the opportunity to talk about the "Ork Ambok" ceremony which takes place on the 2nd day of Bon Oum Touk...flattened rice, "Ambok" is eaten during the ceremony as part of the Water Festival because it symbolizes the upcoming rice harvest. It is considered an offering to the moon, and represents abundance and prosperity, particularly when eaten during the full moon celebration of the festival. Essentially, it's a way to give thanks for the harvest and ask for continued fertility of the land.

Welcome to Cambodia, brother!❤ You have been living in Cambodia for a long. អំបុក you should try to eat with bananas អំបូង it better but you ate with banana ពងមាន់ that’s also fine😂. Especially, when you mixed both of them (banana អំបូង and អំបុក ច្របាច់វាឲ្យចូលគ្នា)and then just let put it a place after a few minutes probably 3-5 minutes. So, when you tasted it will feel so delicious.

i like eating the dry squid. it's like eating beef jerky, its squid instead. i also like eating the dry sweet fish thing too.😋😋 but i would buy it from the store in sealed plastic because i don't like flies getting on it. unless they have protective covering to keep the flies away. 😋

You should put it in a bowl, add the banana slices, shaved coconuts, and pour some palm juice on it! So good!
