You are welcome. If you did not use the built in phono preamp, you would need to make your own little ground cable, which is quite easy, it can just be a single piece of any kind of wire. Thanks for watching

Beautifully designed turntable which matches the CX- series and I really wanted to like it but it sounds terrible with the provided cartridge. Sure, this can be replaced and upgraded but the tonearm hight and azimuth are not adjustable either. There must be a reason why they slashed prices from 999 Euros to 599 Euros in Germany. I hope for an technical update.

What can be done to dampen vibrations picked up by the clear dust cover? That’s the biggest problem I have with my turntable right now.

That's a standard AT-95E, not AT-VM95E.

Check your facts www.audio-technica.com/en-us/cartridges/line-series/at-vm95-series As you can see the only green stylus type is the VM95E, there is not even a standard one, they all have different suffixes. Thanks for watching

@@AudioAdvice The deck CLEARLY has an AT95E fitted, not an AT-VM95E. Retail versions might include the VM95E but that's not what is fitted to the deck shown in this video.
