Well, I love Gary Moore and Pink Floyd/David Gilmour but this is different, although Andy Latimer can sound close to Gilmour sometimes (and he did that on the album Rajaz, at least on one or two tracks). True, the album is different from that, but not bad, it's a mixed bag, with good songs (like Hymn to Her, Who We Are, Eye Of The Storm), and not so great ones (but this was 1979 and i guess they had a bit of pressure to come up with pop songs that would make a good single). Camel always made some instrumental pieces that were maybe stronger than some of their songs.
