She severely overclocked in the past and it is incurable once it happens plus the forte is greatly tied to the emotions of the individual so the stronger her emotions are the more prone she is to lose control of her forte and start overclocking while also having the effects of severe overclock still lingering. Camellya is basically a walking armed nuclear bomb idk how rover allow her to roam around freely in the first place if her end goal is to make solaris a better place
