AS A CREATOR WITH 2 CHANNELS OVER 100K. There are things That I wish I knew when I started, after binge watching your videos, You are doing one thing wrong and right at the same time. Your Videos Are better then 99% of all videos on youtube, Visually and Sound. Hers the one thing you have not learned yet. You are uploading sometimes once a week, every 2 weeks(because the qaulity) but KZbins algarithm does not favor that, Infact they favor daily. But I found a balance in 5 days a week. You are probobly thinking "I cant do 5 days a week?" Your R6 video was 6 or 7 videos combined and I would encourage you to look at your analytics and see when 60% tuned out or moved on, so Feom what I can see, Is your only flaw is your upload scheduale(and thats a great flaw to have) think about batch recording, I do news, So I cant exactly tell the future, But innyour Niche...you can. I will be sending my audience over. I am learning from you, So I wanted to pass something on that I learned too late(I used to upload once a month. The second i did daily...my channel blew up, And then the second. Excited to see and learn what you teach next. Hope you dont give up, You are better then me and 99% of whats on this over saturated platform

First off, thank you so much for taking the time to provide so much insight. Thank you also for watching my content! Now, to the nitty gritty lol. I have screenshotted your comment. I have read it many many times. For about 3 weeks I have been discussing something with my closest of friends. I told them I feel like I am shooting a bunch of bullets in hopes of hitting a target instead of making things simple and being more INTENTIONAL with my shot selection. And your comment confirms my feelings over those weeks to be valid. I need to be more intentional. I need to be more CONSISTENT regardless of trying to balance KZbin and paid work. I need to be more COMMITTED. And lastly, I need to be more STRATEGIC. My avg watch time is 5:00. And I already do batch recording. I don't think I can do daily with the type of content I create, but I am working on a strategy for shorter videos and 3 uploads a week. Again I appreciate your insight and wisdom regarding KZbin. The 70-200 is usable with the M50 if you need more range. But you have to be more specific in what you have questions about when it comes to this combo

I don't shoot my videos with the M50 but it can be done for sure. I use 2 different cameras on my set to keep the video dynamic since it's mostly a talking head

Hey, I really enjoyed this video as you actually explained the basics in terms that are understandable & relatable. I'm looking at the new 50mm from canon for my M50 & this confirms it. Can you get the same aperture with the kit lens that comes with the M50? 15-45?

The aperture is set by the lens. Kit lenses never have low aperture, which is why they are usually included with a camera.

The R6 would be a HUUUUUUGE upgrade from the M50. The R6 has the same sensor as the 1DXII. And thank you!! My Z Cam cinema camera and lighting help so much!
