I can verify this can work. Be SPARING with the lighter fluid, and apply at an angle so it doesn’t drip DOWN IN the camera and create secondary problems. SO a BIG THANK YOU to the channelL😅

Thanks. I have clear reference after watching your video. I have an Olympus OM40 and the mirror feels laggy at the shutter speeds of 1/30 or below. On bulb mode, after releasing the shutter button the mirror stays in for anywhere around 4s to 20s but drops back eventually. I think I’m having the same problem but I’m not so sure yet.

OM-40 I think it use electromagnetic to control the shutter movement. In some cases, after cleaning the magnet surface with lighter fluid, problem solved. You can search 'fix old cameras' channel, there's a cleaning solution for OM-10. But I'm not sure if it has the same access as 40. Hope this help. Thank you.

my Pentax k1000 have mirror locking issue, but at all shutter speeds. I tried lubricating with sewing machine oil, but it didn't worked. if I pressed the L shaped lever on gear side, it worked for few clicks and again same problem occurring. whenever I press the L shaped lever it keeps working for 5, 6 shots and again locking. can you tell what the problem is and what can I do for it.

ความรู้ล้วนๆเป็นประโยชน์​มาก แล้วถ้าเป็นตัว Pentax Spotmatic sp พอใช้ Speed ต่ำ ก็ กระจกค้างบ่อย เหมือนกันครับ ถ้าผมจะแก้ไข ไม่ทราบว่า ระบบกลไก​ เหมือน K1000 ไหมครับ

กลไกพื้นฐานแทบจะเหมือนกันหมดเลยครับ หลักๆคือไล่ทำความสะอาดกลไกเคลื่อนไหว และอาจหยอดน้ำมันจักรแบบหยดเล็กมากๆที่แกนหมุนครับ

พอดีผมมีกล้องเป็นระบบไฟฟ้าครับ แล้วก็สภาพเก่าแล้วด้วยส่งซ่อมจะคุ้มไหมครับ ราคาซ่อมทั่วไปประมาณเท่าไรหรอครับ อาการคือตั้งโหมดออโต้ แล้วเหมือกล้องตั้งสปีดมั่วจะสามารถซ่อมได้ไหมครับ
