Before you start, mind that not only the "Phillips" type screws but also the three slotted screws on the cam barrel (and zoom key) [12:04 & 8:41]are JIS standard that normally require special JIS screwdrivers. It is even easier to ruin the slotted screws than the "Phillips" type ones since you often need high torque due to the applied screw lock on the threads of the screw. So if you don't have a slotted screwdriver that fits absolutely perfect without wiggle room and has a blade with decent length, stop. Otherwise, you'll damage the screw and you're locked out from the aperture assembly forever. Get a decent screwdriver first and carefully apply heat on the metal part of the screw with a soldering iron (if needed) in order to help break up the screw lock. Great tutorial btw, as always. Keep it up!

Thank you for the tip... I have many types of phillips, and I choose what fits the screw best. I tried the JIS screwdrivers, but it was worse.
