I think he meant he’s trying to ignore the fact that he’s number 1 in distance and ball speed so he doesn’t get caught up in being number 1, but uses variances in his own ball speed for personal data

His putting is his problem. I watched him play before and it’s mind numbing how far he hits the ball. He misses a lot of putts I think he should be making.

His driver has way too much spin. He would hit it way further if he got that spin down 1000 rpm

But he can't or else it'd never find fairways. The unicorn 400yd bomb is irrelevant if it's not in play, which has always been a big issue

At his ball speed and and launch angle if he got less spin he'd lose distance because the ball would fall out of the sky
