Cameron Widhalm, I Love That I Can Be Me

Cameron is from Yakima, a city in Washington state. He grew up in a religious family and a Catholic school - he felt he was isolated from culture outside of his small hometown. It wasn't until he was watching TV with his sisters that he realized that who he was wasn't okay with the people around him. Cameron's journey is not too dissimilar to so many. While his family loves him, some of them may struggle with acceptance. It's beautiful to see that even in the face of adversity, Cameron is living authentically.
