First thing I saw was your seat side brackets were on backwards. I had the similar NRG seats in my car LOONG ago. Those brackets are the BIGGEST PITA. You have to sit in the seat to get that one to line up.

I ended up running into a similar issue with my Planted seat bracket as well! Holes didn't line up at all so, I ended up having to bore out the holes bigger to make it work. I don't understand how that happens, as to why the holes don't line up when they are made.

yooo you got some great info! and very helpful on catching all the right footage. I just got my hands on a 350z. the tag on the bag says nismo!! but the damn title says grandtoring. I'm the 3rd owner shown on the title an this baby came with a few hand fulls of mods (not to be proud of but strobe lights in the front and rear lights) and it's on air bags haha. been trying to find the proper mounts for the NRG seats that that somebody did a full on costume job to. thanks for the help!!

Christopher Hernandez u loosen the bolts while the battery is still in and once ur about to take the seat actually out u disconnect the battery, it’s pretty much common sense
