I think the question on Australian toughness is interesting. I think our 'she'll be right' mentality can be extremely helpful at pushing through IF you're motivated and in good shape, but it also leads to greater laziness if you don't have those precursors.

Far out as a Kiwi I think I was privileged simply to hear about Nedd pretty early on before he started the run and wasn't surprised to see him on this podcast. One absolute animal talking with another 🔥. Both of ya are huge inspos Nedd deffs got me off my ass again and exercising after work mutteting "get comfortable being uncomfortable" jogging up a hill. 😂.
