@allenklingsporn69935 жыл бұрын
@@markusandrejeff5708 Because sponsors generally make you sign agreements that prohibit you from double-dipping on advertising or even from associating them with ads (a la KZbin) that they haven't agreed to specifically. Also, not much point to working on a factory team if you're just going to share team information with your competitors on youtube... Also, none of this stuff is pro-level information. This is all stuff that dirt bike owners should know. It's literally all in the owners manuals.

Bike turned out awesome. You may want to consider applying some Copper Antiseize to those TI bolts. They seem to love seizing to threads. I'm in the process of adding a ton of Blue TI ones from Pro-Bolt on to my 03 CR250/500 conversion. The way I prep the threads is I use the old steel bolt, put Copper Antiseize on it, thread it in and out and then install the new TI bolt. Using some Loctite 243 doesn't seem to be a problem - I have to due to the 500 being a rattle box! :)

Resistivity setting of infrared thermometers may be of interest to you. Don't let that laser dot fool you, at a foot away the measurement is already about a 1 inch circle. Shiny is bad but a piece of tape or flat black paint is an easy fix. I prefer thermocouples for anything critical and use them to confirm infrared readings. Peace.

I have a couple bikes that are done up and made perfect for what I want them for with quite a bit of money into them, and made them road legal. My plated wr250f is almost too nice to ride the places I ride it off road, but if this was my bike I think it went too far for an off road machine, and I probably wouldn't want to tear it up off road as the detail is insane on this bike, and it is truly a show piece.
