Ooooh, don't you worry. She will come. Christian Linke explained that her, plus many other characters (like Blitzcrank, Zeri, Urgot, Camille, Ziggs, Zac, and even Seraphine) they all are from a different generation of Piltover and Zaun. They all make sense to exist after hextech and chemtech becomes something common in every piltovian and zaunite life. Also, we haven't really seen anything from the lower levels of Zaun. A character like the councelor Bolbok is literally a bunch of Gas that became sentient, and in order to speak, he uses that "armor" or "suit" made of metal so that his gassy movements can be translated into words. There's literally too much to talk about. Because the universe of LoL is ever expanding and it already has a multiverse in it (confirmed in the Zilean story, because he's trying to find which universe has found the way to stop the void). Every character will have it's moment. But we will have to wait for them to work on it. Hahaha

Clan Ferros (Camille’s family with white hair we saw in Arcane) is extremely secretive, innovative and cunning. They were the ones who harvested hex crystals (not hexTECH) in the under-city where Jayce got them in season 1 Act 1. The family is very secretive and found a way to augment hextech to Camille’s body - clearly what Victor And Jayce tried in season 1 - by a talented man she fell in love with. But all his work was lost and abandoned which is why we don’t see it often. If you read her story, Camille’s brother wanted that work found to be ‘immortal’ like her, because no one else has it but her. I mean it’s thanks to the family’s innovations that it made Mel the “richest woman in Piltover.”

It does not include Camille because Hextech is only recently being developed well since Arcane Season 2. You don't see any Hextech cyborgs throughout the series.

As a Zac and Urgot main (yes i truly got fcked) i can tell you that i gained hope since the next season will be about noxus and that urgot has lore with swain and -----------SPOILER ALERT ------------ since jinx is probably going to noxus or ionia after she ''faked'' her death, we will probably see more of piltover's and zaun's champions. The Piltover/Zaun arc is only partially finished

I feel like it's a lot more likely that Jinx goes to Bilgewater because she has the connection from when she was Powder and she was playing with Bilgewater themed guns with Mylo at the shooting range that she made in Season 1. There was also Siren statues in that shooting range. I don't see any other connection that she could have to go anywhere else. :p

I'm curious if what Warwick was to Shimmer, Camille would be to Hextech? Except instead of someone who was based with virtues and well intentions they were someone more like Marcus who wasn't afraid of bending the rules to get what they want for power. Camille's story is very similar to that of Leblanc to me. Willing to do nasty things for her greater cause (Furthering Progress through piltover).

Probably a more realistic take on the design of mixing a human and a wolf together. Since in LoL Vander is completely gone (I think) the wolf design is supposed to represent Warwick and Warwick only. (Without the Viktor Arcane shenanigans)
