Camille Rose Naturals Curl Maker after 4 days on Type 4 Natural Hair

I was so impressed with how the Curl Maker kept my curls that i decided to refresh them on camera. It looked like a freshly done wash and go.

I came looking for a review to know if this product will work for my daughter and the moment you sad it's "sticky" it was EXACTLY what I wanted to hear. That sticky feeling you dont like are humectants in the product coating your hair with a film of water based and water attracting ingredients like "reservoir" ready to add moisture as your hair loses moisture. If you apply and leave over the days you will realise it gets less sticky over time as you hair uses the moisture. All natural humectants are sticky eg honey, linseed,okra, glycerin, aloe , agave etc. Thanks so much for your review.

Somebody else gets it! I HATE the complaints or comments about frizz and shrinkage. It's just a function of our hair. Not a problem at all. I love that gell. I don't use it too much that my hair is longer, don't do wash and go-s too much now.

I started using her products in April. I bought a lot of products that I haven't used yet, as I'm working on using up my older ones. So far, I've used Moroccan Pear Conditioning Custard, Curl Love Moisture Milk, Curlaide Moisture Butter, Creme Restore Conditioning Cleanser, and, because I didn't want to wait (I have lots of gels), I finally tried the Lavender Crush Defining Gel on Thur. I love them all and can't wait to try the other products. I co washed on Thur morning with the Moroccan Pear, Curl Love and the Lavender gel - I'm still feeling the softness (Saturday)!!! Glad to see you back. I found your page after seeing you on Camille Rose's IG in May or so (the pic you used for the thumbnail pic, actually). Love that you're from Yaard!!

Maybe one day I’ll brave the wash and go again and use this.. you’re right about the price point though. Whenever I see you post wash and gos you give me a little hope but then our textures are different
