It really shows how biased and bought this doctor was. If this doctor was impartial, he would've given solid short and precise answers instead of attempting to push his agenda to the jury repeatedly. The Heard legal team really did a poor job coaching this witness. I'm amazing he's been used by the same legal team several times before and they still haven't taught him to at least appear credible.

Each team member works on individual parts of the case and particular witnesses that's why different lawyers will cross. Etc they come up with their questioning etc for their witnesses and then as a team let eachother know what they will be doing and what they have discovered etc to get opinions on their specific portion of the case. So she has come of with the majority of her portion yes. Not to mention her delivery. How she handles herself in court, while questioning witnesses and in response to what they say.

@ReadyPlayerDog

She was very good. Helped a lot by Amber's team. There are a number of points just during this cross that they should have objected but stayed quiet. Amber's team also failed to prepare properly. They ask a staggering amount of leading questions or hearsay questions. Those should have been weeded out during normal role play prep. We end up watching a very well prepared and professional legal team go up against a sloppy and lazy team. A very smart tactic Camille uses is when presenting previous testimony. She will hand the pages over and say "page 102, line 6" for instance. She waits until everybody is in the correct spot and ready, then will say, "Apologies, page 103". It means the witness has less time to prepare in their head.

@@oldaccount51 No lmao. The doctor considered it only from the understanding that Johnny's hand was lying flat and not moving. It's already known (consistently) that Johnny's fingers were curled, and that it would've been moving diametrically against the motion of the bottle. I want you to imagine that. A bottle is hurling to your hands, with your fingers curled. You retract your hand (forward and back to your body). The bottle smashes into your hand, glass flies around everywhere. Your hand glides along the broken glass. It definitely causes the "chafing" that is consistent with Depp's injury. If you look at the fingernail, you can see that it's been chipped off, which is something consistent with glass shards impacting and then slicing across a diametrically moving hand.

I agree with you, even though I took the tram walking. By the way, I don't know the verdict of this judgment in the sense that there was a real reward in the empire of justice for one of the parties. Anyway, in relation to Camille, without a doubt, an excellent lawyer, whose biological determinism and mental engrams that, not only serve for differences in fingerprints, will overcome any and all similar and/or equal circumstances. Her victory lies in making the truth prevail so that an innocent person is convicted and a guilty person acquitted. Sorry, I'm Brazilian and idioms have their variations according to the culture of each country. I have two twin daughters and recently graduated lawyers and I never get tired of showing this beautiful work by both Camille and the entire team. Congratulations to the whole team that made the fair defense of Johnny Depp. By the way, everyone at home knows him, as well as fans, including my wife, I'm glad I'm not handsome like Depp, otherwise I'd have to hire this team too... lol.. Attorneys should never ask a question of their client that they don’t already know the answer to. Amber has a legal team that appears to be in way over their heads. Johnny’s team appears very well prepared on both direct and cross examination. Amber thinks that if she sits there, lip quivering pretending to cry, while staring directly to the jury. Even though attorneys tell clients to look at the jury occasionally, make eye contact, etc. Normal people will be mostly looking, listening and directing their answers to the attorneys speaking. That is just human nature. Swiveling in her chair and speaking directly to the jury feels and looks unnatural. Johnny Depp’s legal team should have had Camille Vasquez doing ALL of the questioning. Amber would have gotten very angry and caused the “Oh Poor Me” facade slip much sooner.

It is irresponsible for a medical professional to claim any knowledge of how an injury was/wasn't sustained based entirely off questionable secondhand information. @@lanceanthony198 exactly. Camille showed the bottle of vodka and yet the blood on the floor and there was no car or accordion doors. He was saying that he never saw it, if so why are you talking bs then?! Like come on, everyone knows that Amber did it, so sad that they can't use a recorded tape while in Australia, when Amber can be heard crying and saying that she didn't meant to cut his finger.

The fact Depp is looking down the whole time states the trust he has for his counsil. They have done an amazing job to let the jury make their decision of the facts. They didn't bring anything out of scope, when they did they approached the bench. Amazing job.

What a great point. Every time Amber's team was up she couldn't stop looking at them. I never thought about that. Johnny put his whole trust in the capabilities of his legal team. Not once did I ever see him pass a note or even give any advice during cross examinations and questioning of witnesses. Powerful silent point 💙💪🏾🙏🏽 That speaks volumes. Thanks for the insight 👍

I love how earlier the titles of such videos would say “johnny depp’s lawyers..” but now it says “Camille Vasquez” in the title because everybody admires her and knows her because of what an impressive lawyer she is! ♥️♥️
