Amber Heard, while testifying in her defamation trial against her ex-husband Johnny Depp, was reminded by the attorney for the "Pirates of the Caribbean" actor that she is under oath and could be charged with perjury if proven that she is lying. The attorney then confronted Heard with evidence that she added a new detail to an abuse allegation she levied against Depp during her direct testimony.

Exactly, same, I think she’s a perfect example of what happens way to often, as a survivor of abuse myself, I have never changed my story, and always went to police and cps when I was 11, we didn’t go to lawyers, we didn’t ask for money, we wanted to see my abuser in jail, and we did something about it, AS SOON AS i told my mom what was going on, we got out of that house away from my step dad, and went directly to cps, so quite honestly I just can’t take anyone seriously who isn’t urgently looking for a way to get away from abuse, and isn’t doing things in urgency, there’s to many people making false claims of abuse that sadly real victims aren’t getting heard, and innocent people are ending up in prison or their lives ruined, and its disgusting

It is so similar the way she gaslights and demeans johnny. The projection from her onto JD is immeasurable. I feel 99.9% sure that most of her alleged abuse is of her abuse to Johnny. I'm very familiar with people like her lying so much they begin 5o believe their own lies. I'm soooo happy most witnesses could NOT corroborate her stories. Not to mention that I new nothing about her until this. She is no wear close to being an A-list star. Now she'll will forever be the woman who ruined a true A-lister's career!! Well people with Borderline Personality and Histrionic Personality often have similar characteristics to narcissism and some clinicians think they might actually be sub-categories of vulnerable narcissism. Regardless her behaviors and responses line up very well with the two disorders. She has intense emotional reactivity to alleged “abandonment” and is full of dramatic lashing out and lying. She isn’t capable of taking any responsibility for her actions because she wants to protect herself. She’s highly immature, over-estimating her abilities to deceive the jury and unable to make any logical sense. She’s a hot mess and it’s tragic that she’s putting herself thru this… what an embarrassment 😅

Comments like this (OP).. get ignored all the time but offer the best insights. I'm convinced that at least 6 jurors see that JD is actually the victim. But from wat I've heard on other platforms, JD can still lose this case even if only ONE juror sides with Amber smh. It has to be unanimous or it's a loss to JD. It's sad but same time I kinda feel it don't really matter since this whole trial is broadcasted publicly so the REAL jury... is US!!. We see this in real time, and see ALL the evidence presented in court. We, the "people" will make judgement regardless of wat the jury say. I'm so happy that JD and his team fought for this trial to be made public so that we can all see and make judgement based on EVIDENCE. I personally want JD to win but even if he don't, I, like millions of others, see the truth and will support him in anything he does in the future. Shallow Affect Psychopaths don’t show many emotions-at least not genuine ones. They may appear cold and unemotional much of the time. But when it serves them well, they might exhibit a dramatic display of feelings. These are usually short-lived and quite shallow. For example, they may show anger if they can intimidate someone, or they might show sadness to manipulate someone. But they don’t really experience these emotions.

In a way that is similar to how the NFL can suspend players without pay for things that get a legit legal investigation, a legit trial, and then a jury and judge after thorough investigation, will say the NFL player is innocent. The plaqyer gets zero punishment or fines. Then the NFL will decide that the player will get punished for the crime that a legal judge n jur just said they were innocent of. Ex: suspended 6 games with no pay. I have never understood how the NFL commisioner has the power to decide that a player is get suspended for something that the legal courts have decided as not being illegal or innocent, but their NFL investigators have a different outlook on said events so the NFL will get to punish them, If the courts say someone is innocent, a job shouldnot get to punish them over hearsay, similar to an actor being blackballed over hearsay and not the outcome or a legit trial and legal court system.

In my opinion and based on experience, it depends. I can choose to overshare if I lie or not if I don't feel the need to. Like when I lied to my boss about being sick so I can go out with my friends, I overshared a bit about the sickness to make it seem more believable. When telling the truth, I also overshare, especially if what I am trying to say may sound unbelievable without further elaboration or even a demonstration.
